It’s a perfect day for letting go.

In past posts I have said that I did not want to talk constantly about my knee, and I don’t, but I felt I had to share this photo I found on Nick’s phone. Taken at the hospital while waiting to see the Orthopedic surgeon after having an X-ray.

If you look closely you can see the displacement of the patella (kneecap) – the discharge forms state the displacement was almost 2cms which is quite painful to think about.
